Comprehensive Education Goals 2022-2023

 ELA Goal:

  • By June, 2023, there will be a 5-point increase from 31% to 36% for all students in Kindergarten through five achieving proficiency, as measured by i-Ready Reading Diagnostic.


Math Goal:

  • By June, 2023, there will be a 5-point increase from 28% to 33% for all students in grades Kindergarten through five achieving proficiency, as measured by the i-Ready Math Diagnostic Assessment.


Chronic Absenteeism Goal:

  • By June 2023, Chronic Absenteeism for all students will decrease 5%, from 44.4% to 39.4%, as measured by Chronic Absenteeism Rate. 
  • By June 2023, Chronic Absenteeism for the “Hispanic ELL Students” subgroup will decrease 5%, from 49.3% to 44.3%, as measured by Chronic Absenteeism Rate.


Quality IEP Goal:

  • By June 2023, to strengthen the quality and implementation of IEPs for all Students with Disabilities, there will be a 69-point increase, from 21% to 90%, of parent voice in IEPs, as measured by our Parent Voice Google Form 2022-2023. 


Supportive Environment Goal:

  • By June 2023, there will be a 5-point increase, from 76% to 81% in practices related to Classroom Behavior, as measured by positive NYC School Survey responses, resulting in improved Equity & Student Voice.
